Super AI/Software/ Forge
Live 12 / 13 Project management that plans, assigns, and unblocks itself Operated by humans + agents

Projects that
plan themselves.

Forge is the autonomous project OS — projects, tasks, milestones, blockers, and capacity planning, run by AI agents that propose plans, route work to the right people, and escalate blockers before they slip the timeline. Replaces Asana, Monday, ClickUp, and the spreadsheets you actually run things on.

02 / What it does

The work happens. The plan happens with it.

Forge replaces the gap between strategy decks and the day-to-day chaos — with a project OS that's autonomous where it should be and visible where it matters.

01

Autonomous planning

Drop a goal in plain language — Forge proposes the project plan: milestones, tasks, dependencies, owners, and deadlines. You approve, edit, or rebuild from scratch.

02

Capacity-aware routing

Forge knows what every team member is working on, their skills (via Sentinel), and their typical throughput. Tasks route to the person who can finish them, not the person who owes you a favor.

03

Blocker detection

When a task stalls — no commits, no comments, slipping dates — Forge surfaces the blocker, drafts the unblock message, and escalates to the right manager if needed.

04

Cross-project resource optimization

Forge sees all projects at once. When two teams want the same engineer in the same week, it surfaces the conflict before it becomes a crisis.

05

Linked context graph

Every task is tied to the doc that justified it, the meeting that decided it, and the decision log that approved it. Status updates write themselves from the underlying activity.

06

Native Hivemind integration

Forge is built on Hivemind agents. The Project Planner is an agent. The Work Router is an agent. The Blocker Hunter is an agent. You can compose your own.

03 / Workflow simulator

Watch a stalled task unblock itself.

A high-priority engineering task hasn't moved in three days — no commits, no comments, deadline closing. Watch Forge detect the stall, diagnose the blocker, draft the unblock message, and route it to the right person before the daily standup.

Stall Agent
Detecting inactivity vs. expected throughput
3 days · 0 commits · 0 PR updates · stall confidence: 94%
02
Context Agent
Loading task history + dependency chain
Task ENG-4218 · waiting on design review since Monday
03
Diagnosis Agent
Inferring root cause from related signals
Root cause: design lead OOO Mon-Wed · review unrouted
04
Routing Agent
Identifying alternate reviewer with right context
Backup reviewer found: A. Park · same project · available today
05
Drafter Agent
Composing unblock message + handoff context
Slack DM drafted to A. Park · context summary attached
06
Escalation Agent
Notifying task owner + setting follow-up
Owner pinged · auto-escalation paused · re-check in 4h
Outcome Task unblocked before the standup. Stall diagnosed, alternate reviewer routed, deadline preserved. The PM finds out by reading the resolution, not by chasing the stall.
04 / Get a demo

See Forge on your data, not a sandbox.

A founding-team engineer will get back to you within one business day with a tailored walkthrough — and an honest read on whether Forge fits your stack.

06 / Pairs well with

Forge gets unfair when you run it with these.
